I was amazed by the beautifully decorated rooms featuring rose petals and towel swans, which were a lovely surprise upgrade free of charge for our special occasion. However, the room window opened to an atrium, potentially allowing noise to travel. The service was quick and supportive, but there was a slight issue regarding payment. The hotel's location in the bustling area of Hanoi was both convenient and lively with shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience offered delicious options, though basic, with a mix of Western and Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, adding to a delightful stay.
